LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

      I, Preston Joseph Roddy Jr., do make this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all others.
1.

      I declare that I have been married but once, and then to Phyllis Lynne Toney from a previous marriage and together fathered
      no natural borne children, nor have I adopted any other children from whom I am legally divorced, a person of full age of
      majority of the Parish of Lafourche, whose current physical address is 321 Park Drive, Thibodaux, Louisiana 70301.

      All of the property belonging to me constitutes property belonging to myself.

      I direct that all debts incurred during my life and owed by me at the date of my death, as well as those incurred by my estate be
     satisfied from the mass of my estate, prior to delivery of any bequest provided hereinafter.
2.

      I direct that all state and federal income taxes owed by me personally at my death, or incurred thereafter by my estate, be paid
      from the mass of my estate. I further direct that my state inheritance taxes be paid by the legatee, and should federal estate
      taxes be owed, the legatee receiving property on which federal estate taxes are chargeable, shall have said legacy reduced by
      the appropriate pro-rata portion of the total federal estate taxes chargeable.
3.

      I confirm in favor of my survivor nephew, Corey John Roddy an undivided whole of my estate and direct that included in said
      undivided whole shall be my total interest in any home in which I am residing on the date of my death. Including all furnishings,
      bank accounts, vehicles(s), which I am currently using, as well as any and all interest currently held and may accumulate in my
      name from any divided interest received from my mother, Yvonne Ledet Roddy and from my father, Preston Joseph Roddy Sr's
      estate, from this date forward.
4.

      I give to my survivor nephew, Corey John Roddy and his descendants by stirpes, all such portions of my estate as may be
      deemed a legitime under the laws of the State of Louisiana in effect on the date of my death.
5.

      I give to my beloved survivor nephew, Corey John Roddy the residue and remainder of my estate.
6.

      I name and appoint my survivor nephew, Corey John Roddy 438-49-9101 at 31284 New Forest Park Lane, Spring, Texas 77386,
      as executor of my estate will full seizin and without the necessity of furnishing bond.

      My executor(s) shall have the power to select an attorney and accountant to assist in the settlement of my estate, and to select
      assets in satisfaction of any bequest contained herein.

      In the event that any provision of this will is deemed unenforceable for any reason, It is my intention that said provision(s) be
      stricken from this will as never having been written and that the remaining provisions be enforced, as written.

      The Testatrix has signed this will on the end and on each separate page and has declared or signified in our presence that this is
      his Last Will and Testament, and in the presence of the Testatrix and each other, we have hereunto subscribed our names on
      the ____ day of___________________.
