ARTICLE XIII - AMENDMENTS
13.1 These by-laws of the Committee may be amended at any regularly scheduled meeting of the Committee provided that:
a. The proposed amendment is presented in its entirety to all Committee members at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the
meeting at which official action on the proposed amendment is scheduled; and,
b. Two-thirds of the full Committee must vote to approve an amendment to the by-laws.
13.2 Amendments to Committee policies and procedures shall be accomplished in the same manner as by-laws.
ARTICLE XIV - ADOPTION
14.1 These by-laws, in its entirety, were adopted by the Committee on
August 15, 2000
